Alright heres the deal. Car has a small miss every so often. When cruising at about 55 if you try to accelerate it will shake like your on rumble strips. Thought it was fuel regulatorbut got a new one on and it still does it. Could it be the miss? I really dnt know.

Time for a tune up! Plugs, wires, coil pack, air filter, fuel filter. Start from the cheapest and work your way up till it stops. Could even be o2 sensor.

Well there was no heat, was loosing coolant, and despite have a mbc it wouldnt push over 9lbs. Brought it to dsm warehouse to show them and the head gasket finally went. Was pushing mad steam out the exhaust and when we took the plugs out to do the test crazy steam came out of the number 3 cylinder and the coolant system became pressurized. So im pretty confident that thats what the problem was. Before finding all this stuff out we did replace the plugs goy ngk wires new fpr for it. So hopefully itll be fixed as of tomorrow.

Yeah it was the head gasket. Took the head off and the gasket was so screwed it wasnt funny. Had a punch of holes in it and where the number 4 cylinder is the metal ring around the gasket was detached from the gasket. Put a new felpro gasket and felpro head bolts on. In the process of putting it back in timing. Found out tthe ppl before took the balance shaft belt off with out removing the shafts. Also found out that the person before reused the head gasket and bolts when they rebuilt it. But on a good note it was bored out .50 over when they rebuilt it lol. Laughing
