The first 2 links are to install guides for 1g's and for 2g's. The last link is for a complete kit at a reasonable price if you do not want to take the time to put it together yourself. putting it together yourself gives you a wider selection of coolers and better control over price. I would say ease of install is a 1 or 2 on a scale of 10 and a good upgrade for cooling.
